our story
In 2015, Jamie McClung decided to start a FIRST Lego League robotics team for 5th and 6th grade students at Fort Payne Middle School. Over the past 6 years, we have expanded to 2 FLL teams, 1 FTC team, 1 FLL Explore team and 1 FRC team. We are beyond proud of everything we have been able to accomplish in such a short time.
Continuing the legacy
Many of our team members have competed on FIRST Lego League teams that have gone to world wide competitions. We started our FIRST Robotics Competition team because several of our members were aging out of FLL. We continue to build off of the success and passion of our team members.

Helping younger teams
We mentor 2 FIRST Lego League teams. They are both based in Fort Payne, AL, our hometown. We also mentor a rookie FRC team in Tuscaloosa, AL. Our goal is to teach and inspire younger generations. We also hope to continue working with FIRST Lego League teams in our area!
